Yesterday I was so frustrated by the constant escalation of barking in our home due to three of our awesome, lovable and utterly exhausting fur baby's, with every leaf and wind that blew there was a frenzy of bark bark bark, our neighbors would come home and it was bark bark bark, it was becoming unbearable. So I did it! I purchased this product. Day one and Samson our medium size love bug has already learned and has not barked once after the initial beep and vibration even when the other two Cocoa our Big boy and Jack our little terrier (the master mind) started to bark but even Cocoa and Jack after just once or twice stopped barking. Yesterday it would have been all three of them over and over again. We did have to make some adjustments with sensitivity but already we are SOOOOO HAPPY we did this! It's like a whole new journey just opened up! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT. If you are thinking about it let me say JUST DO IT!! IT WORKS!

After 22 years in dog rescue, I've used every type of bark collar there is. I like the DogRook collar the best of all of them. The dog pictured wearing it is one of four "unadoptables" I ended up adopting myself. She came in as a fear biter, very distrustful of men. Cha-Cha will bark at them incessantly. This collar works for her. Just the buzzing of the vibration is enough to stop her. Although it may take awhile for it to work for your problem barker, the DogRook collar has a number of features I really love! It is the lightest no-bark collar I've encountered - especially great for small dogs. It is easy to set up and use, has a quick-release buckle and the reflective thread is an excellent touch. It has a bright, removable dog bone cover over the battery compartment (and comes with an extra) - another thoughtful touch. It's unobtrusive and attractive, which is something I cannot say about any collar I've used before. Shock collars are too severe for most dogs. Citronella collars eventually clog. This one is just right, and I will be purchasing a second DogRook No-Bark Collar for the other problem barker in my home.

When my sister came to visit I put the collar on her, she barked twice and calmed down. Yea!! So I took it off of her and told her she was a very good girl. After 2 days of off and on with the collar and praise she was sitting in my sister's lap and loving her. I recommend you do not leave it on if they stop barking. Praise them and only put it back on when they misbehave. That way it works great as a training tool. Love this collar!!!!!

We have been using this collar for about a week now and it has made a night and day difference. Our 60lb labrador would love to go in the backyard and incessantly bark at our neighbor's goats, chickens, and other dogs. He wouldn't come when called and would just yap away. It was like a game to him. Since we put the Bark Collar on I haven't heard him bark more than twice at a time. I'm not even sure if he's made it vibrate yet, but he definitely quiets down when he hears the beeping. He comes inside faster. He doesn't freak out when the mailman stops by. All around it's just been a huge relief. We leave it on 24/7 as he's a big dog and doesn't bother him to have this and his regular collar on.

It does not appear to be making him scared which I did not want. I do wish there was a lower profile one as pugs have such short necks, makes a bulky collar which I can’t think is very comfortable.

Davaon Limited call monitoring and recording is in compliance with GDPR regulations. Davaon Limited records all inbound and outbound calls. Return Policy
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amazon will automatically refund you up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit once your return is processed.

Shipping Delays:

Lost Packages:
If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@dogrook.com who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Care Team who will deal with the matter.
Damaged products:
We make every effort to ensure the products that you order are shipped in good condition, however, some products can get damaged in transit so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at info@dogrook.com. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?
We really hope you like your purchase from DogRook however, in the event you do wish to make a return, simply follow the below instructions. Please be aware, we do not accept returns of used items.
Steps to Return your Item:
Introduction. Once you have informed us of your wish to return products from your order, you must return them in a good condition and in their original packaging to us at Jarius J. 1101 W Hamilton Street Suite 318 Allentown, PA 18101 United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, please prepare your item for shipping. Put the item in its original packaging and wrap it securely. Clearly display the following returns address to the outside of your package – Jarius J. 1101 W Hamilton Street Suite 318 Allentown, PA 18101 United States
All returned products must be posted by to us within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipping before we process any refunds.
Select a courier of your choice to return your goods to us: You may return products in whatever way you choose. For example, you may wish to visit Parcel Monkey. Here you will find an assortment of couriers to use with varying price ranges, most of which are very reasonable. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. Please keep your proof of postage as we may ask to see it before we process your refund.
Inspecting returned Products. Once your item is received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our returns eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria. To be eligible for a refund, all products you return must be in good condition and in their original packaging. All include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories should be included in the return. We do not give refunds on used products or at all on certain products (e.g. underwear / food) for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if: (i) any signs of wear are present; (ii) parts of the item are missing; and/or (iii) any plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed. We aren’t able to accept any returns that have been used and which are not faulty.

REFUNDS

I haven’t received my refund: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked. Possible deductions from refunds. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products you have returned where this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the damage.
