Davaon Limited call monitoring and recording is in compliance with GDPR regulations. Davaon Limited records all inbound and outbound calls. These call recordings are for quality and training purposes; demonstrating the standards which are met or ought to be achieved by personnel using the device or platform in the course of their duties. These call recordings are securely stored in our phone partner’s database and will not be shared with any other third party without written consent by law. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amazon will automatically refund you up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. Steps to Return your Item:
Introduction. All returned products must be posted by to us within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipping before we process any refunds.

Here you will find an assortment of couriers to use with varying price ranges, most of which are very reasonable. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns.
